Especially in our pricing and fees.
The recruiting industry is due for a major change in its pricing strategy. We'll spare you our soapbox. Our fees are not like the other recruiting firms out there. We're not incentivized to find the most expensive candidate for the job to jack up our rates.
We charge a flat fee, period.
Our fees are based on the amount of resources needed to fill the role. The job market changes from year to year, making some roles more challenging to fill than others. Our fees are based on role level, market data, and role specialization. Typically, the more senior and specialized the role, the smaller the candidate pool is and the harder it is to find the perfect candidate.
Technical Roles refer to engineering, product management, design, and other related disciplines.
Entry Level roles are typically those that require 0 - 5 years of experience
Senior Level roles are typically those that require 5+ years of experience
Director & VP roles are those that are typically executives in Director or Vice President level roles
We require a portion of the fee to be paid up front and the rest is billed upon the start date of the hire.
We also require the following from our clients:
- Create jobs/careers page on their website that is connected to an applicant tracking system (we will help you set this up)
- Create a jobs or careers email address for us to utilize
- We pass through job sponsorship costs up to $1,000
A fee financing option is also available.
